Lockup Procedure and checkoff list

Overview: There are three buildings on our campus at 725 E Avenue J; the two featured on this page are the Education Building and the Church Buildings.
To ensure that the church buildings are ready for ministry at all times, we are incorporating this procedure.

For Special Events:
The event point of contact is responsible for the event’s overall success, including securing the facilities after the event is completed.

The event point of contact is encouraged to fill out the post-event feedback form and the lockup checklist.

For Regularly Scheduled Events:
The person assigned to lock up the building your team has occupied will be responsible for filling out this checkoff list.

The team leader is responsible for this if no one has been assigned for this task.
