Tim and Barbara Cron

Elder Tim Cron gave his life to Christ in 1971 and has been a member of Rushing Wind Church since 2012. Tim was married to his beautiful wife Barbara January 31, 2009. They are the proud parents of four children and deeply enjoy being grandparents. In his free time, he enjoys music, sports, traveling, visiting family, and being a grandpa

He currently serves as an Elder and leads the Men’s Ministry in Rushing Wind Church. Past ministry positions Tim has held include Sunday School Teacher, Youth Director, Choir Director, Finance Committee Member, and Assistant to the Pastor.

He currently is a successful Mortgage Loan Officer.

Richard and Yvette Davis

Elder Richard Davis has been saved since January 20, 1992. He is the husband of one wife (Yvette Denise Davis) being faithfully married since July 5, 1992. He was Ordained with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World since 2000.

Richard continues to be a Hospice Chaplain (since 1995) and is a certified Counselor with Sojourn in Santa Monica as a Battered Women and Children Shelter. He also is a certified Counselor with SACA in Long Beach (a Rape Center).

Richard’s history of service also includes being a Volunteer Sheriff (VOP) with Lancaster Station 2004 to 2014 and served on the Sheriff Clergy Council Palmdale/Lancaster Sheriff Stations 2004 to 2014. He was the Dean of Academic Studies for New Life Aenon Bible College 2004 to 2016, Senior Chaplain Antelope Valley hospital 2014 to 2018, Senior Chaplain Ellison John Transitional Care Center 2016 to 2018.

He is currently working on his Masters Degree in . He has a B A degree in Biblical Studies (graduated with honors), A A degree in Biblical Counseling (graduated with honors), A A degree in Behavior Science (again, graduated with honors).

Sunday School Teacher in adult and children ministries from 1994 to 2014. His favorite sayings include “I just want to be saved all day – one day at a time, and “All is well, with my soul.” His nickname is Brother Faithful.

Andrew and Brenda Merch

Elder Andrew Merch gave his life to Christ in 1972 and joined Rushing Wind Church in 2017.

Currently he serve as an Elder, Teacher, and Usher on the First Impressions Ministries. Elder Merch graduated from the Christian Service Training Institute in 1988.

He has been married to Brenda since 1978 and is the proud father of two children. In his free time he enjoys reading and spending time with his wife.

Rev. Tony and Diane Osborn

Elder Tony Osborn is our Bible Reading Enriches Every Daily BREAD leader. He is a licensed minister for the UPCI. He attended Bible College and has spent a lifetime studying God’s word. Bro. Osborn and his wife have been for 46 years.

The Osborn’s have raised 6 talented and gifted children and have 12 beautiful grandchildren. They love to spend their free time with family and friends. Bro. Osborn always has a joke or loves to hear a joke. Here at Rushing Wind we not only call Bro. Osborn an Elder but call him and his wife our Honorary Church Grandparents.

They are grandma and grandpa to all our kids young and old. We love them very much. If you have any Bible questions or would like to join our Daily Bible reading group, Elder Osborn is your go to person.
